Welcome Call

The exploratory call takes place immediately after the contract is signed.

Participants in the conversation are usually:

• Project Manager
• IT contact person
• Radiographer/Technologist Management

This appointment should have already taken place, as access to the roclub Academy will also be provided at this point.

The below important points would be discussed in this initial consultation:

• Contact person for the project

• IT department receives all documents for the installation

• Clarification of open technical questions

• Clarification of which radiological devices will be connected

• Delivery address for the connectors

• An installation date/start time will be discussed

Specification sheet

It is important that the scanner form sheet is then filled out as a PDF document and sent back to us as soon as possible. The specification of the scanner is the prerequisite for shipping the roclub components.
