Step 1: Welcome Call

Description: After signing the contract, the initial call takes place with the project manager, IT contact person, and MTR management.

- Hand over IT documents
- Clarify technical questions
- Determine end devices
- Agree on delivery address and installation date
Next Steps:
- Fill out the Scanner Form Sheet for each scanner and send it to roclub. This is a prerequisite for shipping the components.
- Complete the Pre-Installation Checklist and send it back to roclub.
Step 2: Hardware and Internet Requirements
Preparation:
- Complete the Pre-Installation Checklist and send it back to roclub.
Description: Prepare workstations for remote scanning.
Important Steps:
- Order hardware: Ensure sufficient technical equipment (camera, microphone, storage space).
- Check internet connection: Verify internet access to
app.roclub.io.
Step 3: Internal Briefing of Employees
Description: Inform employees early and involve a motivated group.
Important Steps:
- Project manager initiates the briefing
- Introduce and explain the benefits of roclub

Step 4: Installation of the roclub Connector
Preparation:
- Complete the Pre-Installation Checklist and send it back to roclub.
- Implement IT requirements and prepare devices.
- Install cameras and microphones: Prepare on-site.
Description: Installation of the connector and splitter.

- Function test (post-installation checklist?)
- Book training session: Free training for all employees
Step 5: Employee Training
Preparation:
- Installation is finalized and working
- Post-Installation checklist filled
Description: 60-minute training for all registered employees.
