Contingency Plan

In case of a connection interruption during operation, it is important to define Emergency Notes. These should include the next steps, contact information, and other essential details. Emergency Notes can be set at both the organizational and scanner levels.

Responsibility

It is the organization's responsibility to define these Emergency Notes before the productive use of the roclub solution. We are happy to assist in deciding what should be included.

Instructions at the Organizational Level (Admin Only)

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Click on the "Org Admin" tab.
  3. Select "Organization Info."
  4. Scroll down to the "Organization Emergency Notes" section.
  5. Enter your emergency instructions.
  6. Click "Save Changes" to save the modifications.

Instructions at the Scanner Level (Admin or Dispatcher)

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Click on the "Scanners" tab.
  3. Choose the scanner for which you want to set instructions.
  4. Click on "Emergency Notes."
  5. Enter your emergency instructions.
  6. Click "Save" to save the instructions.

Once the Emergency Notes are defined at both the organizational and scanner levels, the "Emergency Notes" tab will appear in the scanner map for all users.

Ensure that these emergency instructions are clear, detailed, and easily accessible to all team members to avoid confusion during an outage.
