Profile

In your profile, you can adjust and manage various settings. Here's how you can change your password, PIN code, and explore other available options.

Basic Profile

In this section, you can modify basic information related to your profile:

• Photo: Add or change your profile picture.
• Name: Edit your name.
• Gender: Specify your gender.
• Phone Number: Update your phone number.
• Department: Change your department.

Radiographer Profile (for Radiographers Only)

In this section, you can add specific information relevant to radiographers:

• Introduction: Provide a brief introduction about yourself.
• Skills: Add your skills.
• Education: Enter details about your education.
• Experience: Describe your professional experience.

Settings

In the settings, you can make the following adjustments:

Language

Choose your preferred language for the app.

PIN Code

Manage your 4-digit PIN code. This code is required when the app remains inactive for an extended period to secure access. To change your PIN code:

1. Click on your name in the left navigation bar and select "Profile."
2. Go to "Settings" and click on "Reset PIN."
3. Set your new PIN code and confirm the change.

Update Password

Change your password for accessing the app. To update your password:

1. Click on your name in the bottom left of the navigation bar and select "Profile".
2. Go to "Settings" and then "Update Password".
3. Enter your old and new passwords, and click "Update" to save the changes.

Support User Access

Activate support access for our support team if needed.
