Org Admin
The Org Admin has access to special management functions intended exclusively for the administrative administration of the organization. Here, the basic settings and details of the organization are managed.
Organizational Details
Under Organizational Details, the following information can be adjusted:
- Logo: Change the organization's logo displayed in the app.
- Name: Edit the organization's name.
- Emergency Notes: Add notes for emergencies that are visible to all members.
- Addresses: Maintain the organization's addresses, such as for billing or contact purposes.
Organization Settings
Here, various security-related and organizational settings can be configured:
- Time to Lock: Specify the duration of inactivity after which the app will automatically lock the screen and require a PIN input.
- Log Out Settings: Determine the rules for automatic user logouts.
- Supervisor Mandatory: Define whether a supervisor is mandatory during sessions.
- Language: Change the app's language for the entire organization.
- Chat Auto-Delete: Configure the time after which chat messages are automatically deleted.
Marketplace Settings (Future)
In the future, additional Marketplace Settings will provide further management functions.

These features are visible and accessible only to the admin. The admin has the ability to adjust these settings to tailor the app to the organization's specific needs and policies.
