Calendar

The calendar in our app allows you to schedule sessions and view existing appointments. You can switch between different views here.

Calendar Views

  1. User View: Displays the appointments of the currently logged-in user.
  2. Scanner View: Shows the appointments of a selected scanner.
  3. Team View (for Dispatchers only): Displays the appointments of a selected user.

Using the Calendar Views

  • User View: Click on "Calendar" in the left-side menu bar. By default, you'll see the calendar of the logged-in user. To switch to the Scanner View, click on "View Scanner calendar." Dispatchers can also access the team calendar by selecting "View Scanner or Team calendar."
  • Scanner View: Click on "View Scanner calendar" in the upper right corner. Choose the desired scanner to view its calendar. The scanner calendar can also be accessed via the scanner card in the navigation bar.
  • Team View (Dispatcher): Select "View Scanner or Team calendar," then choose "Team" in the top navigation bar. Search for the user and click on "View calendar" to see their appointments.

Session Color Coding

  • Gray (Completed): Past session
  • Green (Active): Ongoing session
  • Blue (Booked): Planned session with assigned roles
  • Orange (Planning): Planned session with roles not yet assigned

Scheduling Appointments

To create a planned session:

  1. In the left-side navigation, select "Scanner" and open the calendar of the desired scanner.
  2. Click on "Add Session" or choose a time slot in the calendar.
  3. Enter the details of the examination, including type, difficulty level, and personnel assignment.
  4. Click "Save changes" to book the session. The session will appear in the calendar as blue (Booked).
  5. For each planned session, all invited participants receive an email notification.
